First, I’ll answer that with a big yes. I participated not long ago in a design thinking workshop. And without revealing too many proprietary details – at the end of the three or so hours – my group came up with an awesome app for increasing employee engagement.

It involves some basic steps of problem solving that have proven themselves over and over again and are critically strategic components of a sound business decision.
